"I first did Caroline's Mum & baby class with my 5 month old daughter. It was great fun and gave me my first proper workout since giving birth. Caroline was really encouraging throughout and had planned a wide selection of activities for the mummies (with variations dependent on how hard you wanted to push yourself/how recently you had returned to exercising), as well as entertainment for the babies.
It was a really friendly relaxed atmosphere but I also felt like I'd done a proper workout by the end of the class. Since then Caroline has created me a personal workout for myself and my toddler son to do in the house. It means that I can get some exercise and is great for my son to burn some energy when the weather is bad and he can't run around outside. We both love it and it's a great way to have fun together. Thank you Caroline for your dedication and infectious enthusiasm!"
