Finding Yourself In Motherhood
New Course Potential
FINDING YOURSELF IN MOTHERHOOD
Motherhood can be a crazy ride, from pregnancy through to having a baby and then supporting your child as they grow.
You can feel like you lose yourself and who you were before becoming a parent.
As mums we generally put ourselves last on the looking after list, that’s where
‘Finding yourself in Motherhood’ comes into action.
It’s a holistic course which looks after your whole wellbeing, from weekly exercise, pelvic health, holistic healing and bra fitting!
Every month we will have a different guest speaker who will join us during the course to talk about a different subject area which will support your motherhood journey.

So is this course for you?
If you are a woman who is also a mother then YES!
It doesn’t matter what age your child/children are, what matters is that you are taking time to look after yourself.
So whether you have a baby or a teenager, the course will focus on you, we will build strength for those returning to exercise post-birth as well as building a strong core and pelvic floor for the future.
Do I have to attend in person?
I have decided to give ultimate flexibility for this course for you to attend either at home on-demand (fantastic if you are back at work) or in person at a venue in Oakham, Rutland. The guest speaker will also be recorded via zoom so you can view this from the comfort of your own home if you can’t attend in person.
What to expect?
A friendly welcoming course, run by Grow to glow fitness which is me Caroline, as pictured above with my youngest son Patrick who is now 14 months old.
I have three children who are 6, 4 and 1 and I have been a personal trainer for the past 5 years supporting ante and postnatal women throughout that time. You may well have previously joined me at my Parent & Baby/Parent & Toddler classes. As I have supported many women in their early postpartum journey in Rutland.
You are very welcome to bring your children to the course but equally you may just want some time to yourself to focus on you- do what is best for you.
You just need to wear comfortable clothes, trainers and bring a bottle of water for you and any snacks/toys your baby or toddler may want (if your bringing them) for the duration of the class.
The class will be an hour long with 45 minutes for the exercise and time for a social catch up after each class and on the speaker sessions an opportunity for a cuppa and sweet treat.
So does this sound like your cup of tea?
I would really love to know your thoughts on whether this would benefit you and any feedback on the course design.
So please let me know
