'Here I am, just after finishing another amazing/killer live Grow to glow fitness workout. I've been taking part in her online classes twice a week since the start of lockdown.
Why do you want to see my stomach on a Thursday evening? Well you probably don't but those are some baby abs!
At 9pm, not when I first woke up and after eating a particularly bloat-inducing combo of pasta and bread and chocolate buttons today.
More importantly than my tum though, Caroline has helped mw to improve my fitness and strength and really get me enjoying exercise again after my knee op. She is such a great PT, taking into account all of the class members individual needs and adapting exercises to challenge us all.
Caroline specialises in helping post partum ladies get back to fitness and helping with issues like diastasis recti but has experience working with men and women of a huge range of ages. If you are looking for some help with specific goal, or more general exercise motivation, she is your lady'.

"Finding photos was way harder than I thought it would be! I only have photos of my child and my dog now haha! To be honest I didn’t really want photos of the whole of me, as I didn’t really feel like myself at all after I first had my baby! So I apologise for the poor quality cropped before photos and the rushed messy living room afters!
I met Caroline just before my little one turned 6 months old, doing face to face classes where I met some other mums and our babies could play whilst we tried our best to entertain and workout. Then lockdown happened and I was so thrilled that Caroline moved online! Easter was a massive reality check for me as I was surviving on very little sleep, chocolate and hot cross buns. So the last week of April I kicked up my efforts and added heathier eating to my exercise regime with Caroline.
The buzz I got from the live classes (especially after a bad nights sleep) kept me energised and motivated through the day. I soon went from just the 2 live classes a week, to using the bank of exercises and re-doing the live classes from the recordings more and more to keep that energy tank topped up. Its been 11 weeks since I changed my portion sizes and sugar reliance and now I am consistently doing Caroline’s workouts 3-4 times a week, the couch to 5k 3 runs a week and a Zumba You tube class here and there and I am so happy to say I am lighter now than I was before I fell pregnant!
I had a knee injury at the beginning, I couldn’t even do lunges! Now I can lunge and even run and my knee doesn’t even niggle anymore!
I have gone from 106kg to 93.5kg (a 12.5kg loss) in 11 weeks and I am still breastfeeding my 11 month old so I am not limiting my calorie intake too much. I still eat the odd slice of cake, bread (my true love) but overall we eat healthier meals, I do more exercise and I just feeling so much more energised.
Caroline has truly inspired me to not only become fitter and healthier for my family, but to be strong and to love myself and the changes my body has gone through!
My lockdown 2020 would have been a very different experience had Caroline not gone to the online classes; my mental health would be low for sure, my weight would probably be up and my days would still be fuelled with sugar!
I cannot thank Caroline enough for continuing to give me something to look forward to twice a week, varying the classes SO MUCH and really take our feedback into consideration.
