It's a fun, 45 minute weekly class focusing on postnatal fitness. You are definitely able to bring your baby although you are welcome without as well. This means childcare does not need to be an issue and I can support you to exercise with your baby.
Whether you had your baby 8 weeks ago or 18 months ago it is never too late to start your postnatal fitness journey. Classes suitable for babies from 6 weeks old to walking. (You must have had your 6-8 week check and been signed off by your GP)
